CHARTER of the COUNTY of LUNARIS
Article One - Authority
The Count shall be the immediate executive power in Lunaris, subordinate to the appropriate Baron, Duke and Kaiser.
Article Two - Flag
The Flag of Lunaris shall consist of a full moon between two yellow lions rampant facing inward, on a background of dark blue at the top paling to a slightly lighter blue at the bottom.
Article Three - Capital
The Administrative Capital of Lunaris shall be the city of Erianamor, among the cabbage fields.
Article Four - Right of the Founder
The first leader and mother of the Lunatic people, the Eternal Transmogrifying Eriana Moon, should her spirit be present, manifest and expressing desire for the Countship of Lunaris, shall be granted such without question.
Article Five - Art for All
Recognising the first decree of ancient Lunaris as essential to its identity, it shall be enshrined in this Charter - namely, that the artistic desires of the Lunatic people shall never be suppressed or denied, and shall be encouraged as much as possible. All citizens of Shireroth shall be invited to pursue their artistic interests within Lunaris, should their own fiefdom be unsuitable for such activity.
Article Six - The Lunatic People
Recognising the second decree of ancient Lunaris to be as essential to its identity as the first, it too shall lie within this charter - namely that the people of Lunaris shall be known officially as 'Lunatics' regardless of their level of sanity.
