Do we need a forum for bussiness contracting?

I wanted to contract Mike's company to write me something, and I realized it makes no sense to give every company it's own forum. (unless they pay rent?), so maybe we should get minitrade to ask minInt for a forum for all the companies? maybe bring back the Market whatever we used to call it.

Why doesn't it make sense? It sounds like a great idea to me, and is probably the one thing that went right in previous economies (think BGI forum).
(if, like BGI, the company is active enough to deserve one, of course)

If my experience in Zemlya is anything to go by, enterprises having their own forums provides an incentive for them to be active. If they do go dormant/dead, you can always shut down/archive the place...

Yeah, you can. I'm still passively trying to work out the mystery of who closed down Benkern Media in Babkha.

One subforum for companies. If they stay active for a while they can pay rent to get their own sub-subforum.

In Babkha we simply had payment for forums. It's like RL. A successful business can afford to expand and open new stores. However, if a multimillionaire wanted to start up a new business with 10 branches or something, he could do it, even if there was no hope of tbusiness succeeding, because he has cash already.

I quote Jeremy
There isn't anything that man (Darius) wouldn't do for fake fictional money

Fake
and fictional - Jeremy was feeling eloquent when he said that wasn't he.

It was in reference to Ardy, and that line wasn't
scripted.
