What can I actually do?

I can approve businesses (with no real criteria to base it on, so I've started with the non-controversial 'Name, Purpose and Location'), allegedly I can grant bounties (though I don't believe I have the admin power to do this, or the password to the Shirekeep account), and linguistically, the name suggests I could be allowed to indulge in some trade, but Kaiser Hasan (may he rest in shards of burnt ashes from a huge explosion) didn't like that.
Well, my Kaiser - I reworked trade (for the eighth time) and this now should run quite nicely without ever needing us to take erbs outside the country. http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=drwj4wm_15dnmtwngm If it meets your approval, can I begin trade with Gralus (and anyone else who will trade with us). I know the Gralan trade person very well, and feel sure I could convince him to give Shireroth favourable treatment ...
