5. Write The Barber of Monty Crisco
6. Write The Eye.
7. Put forth Assistant Arbiter legislature.
8. Leave forever.
9. Come back forever.

If you need any help with 2 or 7, just ask. There is a draft for 7 in the Imperial Judex, IIRC.
