Declaration of Neutrality

It is with a heavy heart that I now make this announcement.
Since the death of Kaiser Hasan I Shireroth has been in a state of civil war. The reason for this was the actions of the former Kaiser when he broke an agreement witnessed by the Gods and the very reason he could ascend the throne. This was dishonorable and should be remembered as such. Nevertheless, we have all agreed to the rules that we play by here. The Kaiser may, at any time, appoint any person to be his or her heir. We cannot then when this happens say that we won't play along anymore.
I declare that it is my true belief that the legitimate Kaiser is Loki II. However, I also aknowledge that the legal Kaiser is Kaiser Ayreon.
Therefore, I hereby declare that I and the Bailiwick of Lac Glacei are neutral on this issue. I shall, however, comply with any decree issued by Kaiser Ayreon. I also resign as Imperial Drots for Loki II. I am truly sorry for this but I must follow my convictions, and they are that the law is supreme, however inconvenient that may be.
