Imperial Decree 289

The current affair presents an unusual situation. The Kaiser has need of someone to do legal work on behalf of the Kaiser.
Therefore, I hereby create the position of Imperial Drots . The Drots shall be, in essence, the Kaiser's legal advocate.
This should eliminate the tendency to throw redundant decrees around.
Mike Fors is apointed the First Imperial Drots.

As stated in General, I have resigned as Imperial Drots since I've declared neutrality. I am willing to work together with the Arbiter in some other capacity though.
