I had a friend, well, I still have a friend, but he is far away, who ran for political office in one of our RL jurisdictions. We disagreed about a lot of politics.

I supported him because I trusted him to do what was right in his heart, not what was "pragmatic" or the party line.

I'm Straylightian, I do Straylightian things and evaluate people in Straylightian ways. Whether you agree with me on matters of politics has little to do with how competent I think you are .
