I hereby Appoint Harald of Froyalan to be Duke of Brookshire vice Duke of Froyalan.

I appoint myself as Duke of Froyalan, and that for the remainder of my Reign Scott of Hyperborea shall act as Emissary of Froyalan to the Landsraad.

In the context of this Imperial Decree "vice" means "in place of" or "in stead of".

My apologies to Harald, Erik and Yvain, I made this decree under the impression that there was no Duke of Brookshire. As a result I have repealed this Imperial Decree. Harald remains Duke of Froyalan.

And I remain Emissary for Yvain. Everyone a winner!
