Report spam

Something's putting nonsense reports in the database and making the forum look ugly for those who can see them.
Example report (from the database): YVzHXI <a href="http://ooyaguqvmbuy.com/">ooyaguqvmbuy</a>, ssikwllctbud, [link=http://tudbgwihvkwr.com/]tudbgwihvkwr[/link], http://cyyvocugmzin.com/
My solution?
... and the world is a slightly more beautiful place. I'll see if I can disable the reporting feature or limit it to registered users later.
