I am King Wentworth, from The Kingdom of Bosworth. I know are history is a little patched but I come to make amends and to ask for help. Bosworth is a failing nation and will end up dead unless we increase the amount of active citizens. We have a range of culture and wish to carry on producing Bosworthian literature. I don't see him complying witht any treaty provisions.....

King Hasan I of Bosworth is, however, complying most exellently with the Treaty provisions.
