Erik Mortis has resigned as Duke of Brookshire. Who shall be his successor? Will it be the ever-popular Jacobus Loki, the conniving Khan of Vijayanagara, or the long-absent but actually Brookshirerithian Yvain Wintersong?
For those of us not lucky enough to get Ducal positions, Erik suggests a Council of Barons with no power, responsibility, or (one might uncharitably say) point. The horrible evil old global warming discussion not only refuses to die but has metastasized into the Shrine of Controversy. And Ari Rahikkala has reached 2000 posts - congratulations, Ari!
