Yes, you can vote. But the whole basis of the system of money is that I, as your citizen, can abstain my vote from yours. I can't vote the opposite way to you, but I can choose whether my votes count towards yours or not. And I'm abstaining my 100 until it has been discussed what affect this policy would have on the current war.

Erik, see my post in the other thread about this. We can easily just drop the bit about the barons. If they want to withdraw their support from their duke during a vote, they can make an account transfer themselves to another account in someone elses Duchy. This way its up to them to do the work. but it doesn't stop them from withdrawing their support if they really want to.

So... Dukes just vote Aye or Nay.. and at the closing of the vote... the Praetor looks at the summary page?

Well look at it this way, lets try to perfect it, and if it is still shit, we'll go back to the old system. Right now I'm being persistent with this because Shirerithians never like anything changed. But if nothing changed, Shireroth would still be a republic, and Hyperborea would still be a sovereign nation.
