To The Nobles and Citizens of Shireroth

It has occurred to me that this war will be a significant show of force to the sector. That it will prove Shireroth is once again a power to be reckoned with. Since my loyal nobles and citizens have shown true solidarity in the face of adversity, I will be commissioning a campaign star to be awarded to the veterans of this war. The mission of claiming our rightful land may be paramount, but the true objective is strength and fraternity within our Empire.

I think its Bosworth, and yes, this is about them. Going to commission a medal for the war.

A war with NB would ... how do I put this ... probably be better fought and more interesting to the more experienced participants, who either have friends (thus viewed in this war as rivals) or tentative enemies (thus viewed as definite enemies) on the other side ...

A war with Bosworth would be a very short an one-sided war since Shireroth severely outstaffs and outguns Bosworth.

NB supports Bosworth, I hope?

I'll talk to Jeremy and see if he is at all interested in a gentlemanly recwar in the near future. For now lets just finish the situation with Bosworth, claim our victory and carry on.

Well?
The was a saying in the 60s. "Suppose they gave a war and nobody came?"

So, is this war essentially one-sided? That would definitely be no fun, and not a real challenge, tto say nothing of pointless.

Bosworth is certainly not toothless as the sea battle between the Sparta and Brutus and the Holton demonstrated. I do not think that this will be as one sided or as easy as people make out. It is possible that this talk of a speedy enemy surrender is nothing but a maskirovka on the part of the hostile powers.

I talked to Edward...he said he will surrender once his baby goes back to her mothers.

What on earth? Well if he is burdened with a child from such a tender age let us relieve him of the burden of having a fake nation to defend - by taking it for ourselves!
