btw, does anyone know the location of New Demesos city on Tapfer? I can't seem to find it on Archived maps ...

The red area or the pink area?
Tapfer was the blue area on the western part of the continent. Tapfer is/was synonymous with Demesos.
The red area in the southeast is Universalis. My first micronation.

I thought that was an early incarnation of Norfolk. Or was that even earlier.
