I like this decree.
Mainly because back in the old days we used to debate these laws. I think that Shireroth isn't as good as it used to be, don't you think? I think we should get some decent laws to govern our land.

There are too many reasons to take away the tri-citizenship law, not the least of which is so I can be a citizen and have a hand in just about every micronation conceived...
