Shireroth

In an attempt to explain my intent regarding the Babkhan Shah question I've put together a quick diagram outlining the plan.

I call it "The Voltron Proposal"





If you think of me as the Black Lion who represents "Kaiser" to the Green Lion of Shireroth and the "Shah" to the Red Lion of Babkha, it adequately demonstrates the larger concept. Now as The Black Lion, I would be "Captain Keith" or The head of state/head of Voltron. Jacobus as Steward would represent "Darrell Stoker" as pilot of the Green Lion. Babkha as the red lion, would be piloted by it's Grand Vizier, represented by "Lance Charles McClain".

Individually, each "Lion" (State) is a force unto itself. However, if these forces were to come together under the leadership of the Black Lion, not even the combined forces of planet doom could stop us.

Here's a concept photo of the potential power of the two independent states of Shireroth and Babkha coming together to "smash it up".



In short, the potential power of a number of sovereign states coming together when necessary under one Monarch could out match any rival and avoid the problems associated with unions and federations. As you can see, this is not a merger, this is cooperation with a gigantic kick-ass sword.

If we're still on Transformers, that would be Metroplex. But Voltropolis sounds equally as good. Um, just a question, before we start naming things after this plan, would anyone mind if I get it going yet?

This is all like the plot of Neuromancer by William Gibson. Babkha is Wintermute, and Shireroth is Neuromancer. They need to merge together to create a super-AI. I am Armitage, the grizzled ex-military commando charged by Wintermute with executing the difficult hacking operation required to connect them. Jacobus is the Turing Police, the international group who works to prevent super-AIs from being formed. I need to organize hackers Henry Case (the Majlis of Babkha) and Molly Millions (the Majlis of Shireroth) to get sadistic criminal Peter Riviera (Ardashir) to help me gain power over the last scion of the reclusive Ashpool family (Shahanshah Ric), the only one who knows the password to Wintermute. Then Wintermute (Babkha) and Neuromancer (Shireroth) can merge into an AI that can achieve a hard takeoff (conquer micronationalism).

Thats even greater than the voltron proposal. Hmm, you could have also used Pattern Recognition, but this fits well.

Oh crap, too engineering. And what the hell shall the crucifix on breastbone? I protest. Everyone can see: it's a transformer-hunter hunting vampires. This is a diplomatic scandal!
