That Gman Russell (Greg Dean) shall be appointed Count of Mirioth, Amity, and So-Sara. He will be lifetime count, unless he resigns, no replacement shall happen without the Kaisers approval

Uh, are you sure you wanna appoint him as Count unless the Kaiser says otherwise? I mean, he might want to leave the position sometime, or if he disappears you might wanna replace him etc...
Wait, what am I saying, you're filling up your Counties, this is better than I had anticipated, good work my Baron!
