Malarbar update

- removed Periodic Spore (it hasn't been updated since November)
- made This Month in Shireroth automatically link to the current month (hopefully. It doesn't take leap years into account and might be buggy...)
- rehosted the #micronations chat link on our server. Post changes here if you would like that page to be modified. For now, I replaced the references to Xelium with Psigenix, since the network #micronations is on changed its name.
Here are the numbers on the month-choice code, in case someone would like to check them:
