Two years ago, speaking from this podium, I said that we stood at a fork in the road.
Long live the Kaiser! Malarbor Eats 'BotsI did not mean that the United Nations, marking its sixtieth anniversary this year, was in existential crisis. The Organization remains fully engaged in conflict resolution, peacekeeping, humanitarian assistance, defence of human rights, and development around the world. The reason why phpBB was complaining about there not being enough characters in your message is that it was only seeing an empty string no matter what you put in the message field...
