Oh Gralans?

I have been trying to follow events in Gralus recently, but as of today I'm completely confused.
Why'd Liam quit? Did he shut down Toketi's board on purpose? Does Toketi not exist anymore?
And while you're here, where's the Gralan constitution?

1) I'll keep my reasons to myself
2)
http://www.toketi.phpbbserver.com
3) No, Toketi continues to be obscenely active. There are a lot of changes happening right now (after me "leaving", making me look bad...
)
4) Lost in the wreakage of the old Gralan boards that crashed...

To elaborate on 2 and 3, the board migrated to phpbb3. We just haven't told Spangle yet ...
