At the request of various Shirerithians, I have come here to post a link to the zip file of the PHPBanking system. It is made by a micronationalist (years ago) for micronations. It is great and quite a few nations (Tellia among them) use it. I thought you might find it useful.

The lack of commenting to the level that I do is irritating me. But this is proly more advanced then anything I could make. Since I'm just learning MySQL and PHP for this project.

I wish I could see it installed, but I don't feel like putting it up on our server to test it. Though if I recall, I've seen this bank before.

The CSS styles are nice. The Install file is nice too, though not difficult). the way everything is routed to usercp irritates me a little, but I just have my own way of doing things.

Because I've been working on my own bank, (slowly) and due to my own desires to use a bank created for Shireroth by someone of Shireroth, I am to biased to give a fair judgement of whether we should use this one instead.

It is more advanced then mine, and likely will remain to for a long time to come. But at the same time, I'm not sure I could edit it to do the little custom tasks that we need for our specific needs. I barely understand it in places. partly due to my lack of knowledge of php and partly due to a lack of comments to help fill in my gaps.

(I just figured out why it's bugging me.. Not a single custom function call. I use functions like crazy (I understand the overhead for them on the stack), so there not being any confuses me. )

PHPbank, made by the Belgian Sander Dieleman, is a great bank for starting mications but not very advanced. Bataviƫ is using a better version based on it (but is building a new one).
I would prefer the bank Erik is making.
