Interesting. You claim to be descended from Doran I, who was the wife of Meskan I died and claimed the throne when he died. That makes you a direct descendant of my kaiser, and a very distant cousin of Bill's Meskan II.

I would've recommended something like Ashley. A nice, good, old fashioned gentlemanly name.

Doran II? umm.. one small problem... there was no Doran I.... just a Jadie I... hehe... But we've had stranger things happen with Ari 0 and Ari i... It'll do.

I'd recommend against Doran II. First, because of what Erik said. Second, because Doran is Jadie's real-life last name, and it kind of weirds me out for you to be using it. Third, because traditionally only the lines of Mors and Raynor use their bloodline name as a Kaiser name. Other bloodlines invent a new one or draw from a common inventory - the line of Steffki uses "Meskan" pretty often, and the line of Kalir uses "Los". You're welcome to choose your name any way you like, but "Doran II" would certainly raise the eyebrows of Imperial historians.

If I were you, I'd ignore the naysayers and keep your own name. The last three Doran Kaisers (Jadie I, Carol I, Hypatia I) did. Orrr...compromise! What about "Kaiser Hasan I". Sounds kinda Babkhan, sounds a lot like Hesam, and Hasan's a certified Boomist god of wisdom. It could work!

(you also have my permission to switch to claim descent from Hyperborean bloodline of Kalir if you'd prefer. That'd also make sense and make the role-playing aspect interesting. Maybe you've got some of both lines?)

Good point. by the end of today I will change it. I think I'll go with the Kalir bloodline if you could somehow write it into the story we're working on? Not that I don't like the other alternative, but it fits in well with the story line. If Jadie ever reads this, my apologies.

It's very confusing that everyone is making accounts with 'Kaiser' in it, when they aren't.

I hope this will be the last account. I understand the reasons for changing it though. The first one was my old Babkhan name, the next borrowed a real last name. So this will and should be satisfactory to all. If not then I`ll take whoever disagrees out for Caesium Sushi to discuss it.

As far as Kaiserial names go, don't be discouraged if you have a non-traditional one. I was Kaiser Nicodemus I, and Biblical names aren't popular in Shireroth--even though my primary inspiration for that name came from the leader of the rats in The Secret of NIMH.
