As our lamented Kaiser Mors V also held the Duchy of Brookshire, and as the Duchy also has passed without an heir, it is my pleasure to announce my intention to award the Duchy to Count Maksym Hadjimehmetov, should he prove qualified.

A most noble appointment, but I must add a word of warning, to be sure that our noble Duke had no heir before we pass his estate away.
