Tho' 'twould be fun to stir up the citizenry further, the security of the Nation necessitates a hand at the tiller of the Ship of State.

None can hold our Babkhan contingency in greater esteem than I. However, the Single Citizenship Rule is Sacred. I'm also certain my Babkho-Shirerithian brothers can respect the machinations that I have executed in order to qualify myself in that regard.

There being no other qualified claimants, I declare Jacobus Loki of Yardistan to be Kaiser Loki, the Second of the name of the Line of Grifos.

I now rise from the plain black chair at the foot of the Mango Throne, and ascend to the Throne.

I do this by the Authority of the Gods Themselves, as testified to by the Voice of the People!

Kaiser Loki, the Second of the Name
Duke of Yardistan
Count of Yardistan
IRE of Lac Glacei

...........And to my Dear Friend Malarbor, I was not campaigning. The People deserve to know the qualifications of their Kaiser, and it was necessary to flush out the so-called competiton. :kaiser

The charter is currently suspended, which means my claim is completely legitimate.

The law is both in tradition and Charter. With no Charter, Tradition prevails, as it did in time before the Charter.

History Lesson: The First Charters, known as Constitutions, were just representations of the traditions and what was actually going on. They themselves did not dictate the law, but merely reflected it.

Then in order to prove my loyalty, I have resigned my Babkhan citizenship. My message can be viewed here:

This makes me exclusively a citizen of Shireroth.
