The peaceful people of Ynnraile have thus far not participated in this conflict, preferring to stay neutral while giving the Kaiser moral support.
That was before the County of Holwinn was devastated by the floodwaters. Or did you forget, O wise Baron, that every river has two banks? Now our farms lie inundated, their crops destroyed, and the county's western border is littered with the corpses of the drowned. Syrelwynn escaped the worst of the floods, but even there, our boats were swept away, and anyone who missed the warning to return to port is lost amidst the rapids of Ran.
The knights of Ynnraile march south, to Modan-Lach, and our navy has set off for your coast. When we arrive, I will dispatch you to Balgurd with my own hand.
