That Imperial Decree was about
Kaiser Letifer III granting him the sobriquet "The Unprepared". This bill concerns Kaiser Mors V granting him the sobriquet "The Saviour".

I think we should go for something that sets this reign apart from the rest... say, The Magnificent? I mean, it's somewhat traditional for the rest of the world and non-traditional for Shireroth, but... that's what makes it interesting in this case
(also, as long as the Charter stays unreinstated, I'm going to vote against any attempt to call him Upholder
)

I found the following alternative terms in a thesaurus: deliverer, rescuer.
