Hello everyone!

I was taking my political science final today, and the essay question at the end asked me to describe either PR and SMDP representation systems or Parliamentary and Presidential systems, and then recommend one of the two to a newly formed imaginary democracy. It reminded me of the constant debates we'd have about reforming the government in Antica, and I got slightly nostalgic and misty eyed. After sobbing into my magical blue answer booklet, I thought I might check up on the micronational world again. Since the Antican boards currently seem as though they're going to be down until JESUS comes back, I thought I'd post in the next best thing, Shireroth.

I shall not rest until the stupid webhost that our old webhost sold us to gets the Antican forums online so that I can finally get the database backup (they seemed reluctant simply giving me the backups and preferred installing them themselves) so that I can install it in the new website, and all can be happy again.

I object to having Antican people in Shireroth. Cans are an important asset to our great nation, and according to the list in the BOOMIST temple there is even a God of Cans. Can people who oppose such an important way to preserve food really be trusted?

Now that I think about it, I remember reading about Anticans in Microscope. All I remember is that there used to be two people named Delphi and Octavian, and then people kicked them out. And in the photo one of them was REALLY tall and the other was REALLY short.

Antican people, welcome to Shireroth! You will learn to accept our methods of food storage eventually. In the meantime, please accept my support in your crusade against people of abnormal height. Unless I'm thinking of the wrong country. In return, all I ask is that you tell me what your default topic titles are, because I'm curious.

In Antica my default topic titles generally revolved around JESUS or Jesus, institutions which have little significance to the people of Shireroth.

Don't misunderstand. We do have some committed Christians here, as well as some people of the Jewish faith, and others of unstated persuasion. We also have atheists, deists, pantheists, etc. If we were to make the forum about Jesus primarily, many people would be offended or leave. We do have discussions that involve faith, but that is not the purpose of this forum.
