Sorry, you don't have authorization to deny his application. He is now at the 3 citizenship limit, and has never, to my knowledge, been banned or deported from Shireroth. As long as he is here for peaceful purposes, he is welcome. So far I see no 5th column developing within Shireroth, so I say, "The more the merrier." A lot of the new citizens here in Shireroth have been the major forces within their other countries, and have all sorts of imagination and new perspectives to offer our fair country.

Looks like we're becoming a Micronational melting pot. All the new immigrants make for the best and most interesting country, especially with those who have experience in this area, and have already made connections within the hobby (or should I say obsession).
