Alert--Unprovoked attack

Addressing All Nobles
This is to inform the nobles of Shireroth that an unprovoked attack has taken place from the sky at Port Nevermore by paratroopers from the County of Monte Crisco, at the commmand of the Kaiser. For confirmation, see this post in The Capital of Turkey thread: http://shireroth.kuroshiro.net/forum/vi ... 0&start=30 We have captured and detained all invading troops, and are awaiting a response from the Kaiser to our protests. It is our belief that, bored, Kaiser Mors has decided to play warrior, using as a target whichever of his duchies seemed to strike his fancy. The most scurrilous, contemptuous factor in this attack, however, was that he issued the attack order while visiting one of his loyal subjects, Duke Jonas, in the Duchy he planned to invade.
This is the 66th anniversary of the unprovoked attack on Pearl Harbor. And as on that day the representatives of the Emperor of Japan were protesting their peaceful intentions while the attack was occurring, our Kaiser was being entertained while his troops were landing in our Barony.
The people of Shireroth need to be aware of this outrage, and I request your support, if necessary, in the event of any additional outrages perpetrated on us from the same or any other source. Thank you.
