Kildare needs a new and powerfull weapon... that's the reason why I, the Duke, had demand the creation of a
Time Machine!
I hired some scientists like the famous Algert Ienstien. They must create this powerfull weapon so I can travel to the future to steal some superior weapons
Shireroth will have the power to annex every nation on Micras!

Nothing, really. It's just that the CRY was conceived as a time-travelling state, in the sense that its level of technology would basically depend on what Nick (Gryphon Avocatio, not Nick Foghorn Leghorn) wanted at the moment...
