Let it be known that the Baron, in his infinite wisdom, and taking pleasure in the format of the previous two decrees, sees fit to advise those around him of the following:

• Being known as Andreas the Wise, he may be referred to both as Baron Andreas the Wise, or merely His Omniscience
• All decrees by the Baron shall include the phrase "in his infinite wisdom"
• Those wishing to salute the Baron may yell, (very loudly) "May he think forever!"
