I've taken it upon myself to draw up a new map of Kildare, and redo the Barony's. Doubtless I'll commit sacrilege in someone's eyes, but it's a start. I went off the Kaiser's map, and used the existing Baronry of Antya as a basis, and was going to put the islandy bits in a second one, then realised three Baronries fill the area nicely, so made up a new one. Feel free to rename it as you like, but I hope this fits as a reasonable distribution of land. Atterock has one more county, yes, but the land is far smaller, so it evens out.

Certainly. I had no idea what to name it, didn't want to make up a word when there are so many historical stuff lying around, so named it Attera as there's Lesser Attera there.

I don't actually know what's up with Tymaria City... it was placed there because by that time that was the exact 0.0 position on the MCS map. I think it's either supposed to be sunk or located on a small island which it spans entirely. Anyway, it's certainly not Straylightian, and I'm certainly not going to touch it and try to make it Straylightian

As for the name of the barony... I'm a bit hung over right now, and there seems to be a new (old) player in the game, so ask me next week

I'm sorry, but I think you have lost your titles.
I have a idea: Hypatias Mom will become Baroness of the Barony of Lumina's Light, BUT the Barony will not have Melangia (Andreas wants the island, I want to give it to him ).
I will make Andreas Baron of the the Barony of Antya or Atterra.
Maybe an idea to rename the Barony of Attera in the Barony of Atterra and Melangia.

Ok, once we know from Hypatias Mom what she wants (don't want to annoy the old citizens, after all), I'll redo the map and repost it.

Andreas... I don't want to be nitpicky, but I'd appreciate it if you called Lumina's Light by its proper name... it's polity to spell people's subdivisions' names properly

Ok, how about this (modded the top map as well).

Jonas = Duke and Baron of Attera
Andreas = Baron of Blackrock
Hypatias Mom = Baroness of Lumina's Lights

Notes: Swapped Blackrock and Lumina's Lights, so Hypatias Mom can still have Novi Dalmacija.
Left Melangia with us.
Made Tymaria City ours
Deleted the one Straylightian city from our map.
Spelt Lumina's Lights correctly

So, I did indeed commit a number of minor sacrileges, but is it fixed now? (pending Hypatias Mom's approval)

Two problems:

1) (Not a real problem) MELANGIA IS YARDISTANI f00!

2) (A real problem) Why is Blackrock out of its cage? Why is Blackrock Nua under Antya (as it should be) but a Barony named after it? It... boggles my poor mind! And its not the Baronry of Antya last time I checked. :P

Good work though... nice stuff. Good to see some good ol' subdivison-based cartography going on.

Um, Andreas... it's still wrong . It should be Lumina's Light, singular. I would think that trying to *break into parts* the sacred light of Lumina is more than a minor sacrilege!

I are teh noob. There's been a misunderstanding. His Niftness posted that "I have issues with naming a barony after another nation so blatantly", while Blackrock was an old micronation - so I mentioned it for lols. I did not mean to suggest it as the name for the Barony, sorry.

Yes.. but I'm ok with naming it after Blackrock for historic reaasons... but.. yeah... blackrock being outside blackrock is kinda funny...
