Ow, is this a game (no it isn't! :( )?
But: What's the capital of Belgium? :evil

It is a game, but not the kind of game that you think it is. No, this is a long game, played over several years. The rules are simple: If Erik forgets, everybody loses. If Erik tells us the answer, we win. If the game ends for any reason before either of these things happen, Erik wins. It's a subtle game, a game of diplomacy, persuasion, cajoling and begging, intimidation and psychology, and plenty of spam and random banter; as far as I know, the answer is still there, somewhere deep within Erik's brain, and he's still not giving it up.

One day, though, one day...

I've never eaten a chicken sandwich, you know. Maybe those things that people tell me about the blandness of Finnish cuisine aren't lies...

I don't know if there is such a thing as English cuisine.
Earl Grey and Rich Tea Biscuits at 4 in the afternoon is about where English customs should stop.

OK. Bakewell Tarts are legendary. There. I said it.
That's probably one of the best British culinary inventions- High Tea in the Afternoon

Internal organs are nice but blood is best - Black pudding for the win!

Max, I can't believe "Lincolnshire sausages", "Lancashire Hotpot" and "Yorkshire Pudding" didn't leap to your mind when someone mentioned British cuisine! We have loads of great stuff! Spotted Dick is another good example.

You call yourself an Englishman? :P The Northerners may be gruff and either be miners or farmers but they do make exceedingly good food.

*hides from Jeremy*
*hides from Jeremy again by implying he was a Northerner, I think he still likes to be called a Midlander or something*

You call yourself an Englishman?

Hah - fair enough.

But make sure you taste 'em before you leave the country, if you get the chance. Worth having a look for...

And if any of you f00s are in London make sure you find a good Pie and Mash shop! And buy an eel and think of me! :)
