Beginnings of a plan...

1. change the landsraad so only dukes can vote. 1 vote per duke.
2. Get a duke in every duchy..
3. Make sure Jonas is still willing to be Prætor..
How does this sound for a start?
If you wanna be a duke and are a citizen.. post here.. You have good odds...

I will be taking person hold of Brookshire as Duke of Brookshire and Kaiser of Shireroth.

Must? No. Not required. but if you are the only person there. The option is there if you are active if not. I could grant the title to another... I have 3 Duchies in need of Dukes... and only have like.. 4 people in total.. so... we'll just have to see..

make sure to post in MiniImNat, I'm making everyone reimmigrate (just say in the cit list thread).. so I have a clean and current list.. and say what Duchy you are in.

I will be active and I would like to make Elwynn rock again so I do hereby volunteer for the position of Duke of Elwynn.

It is.. Note you are not the Duke of Kildare (yet?) But a Baron IN Kildare. It's an old school distinction. You have been granted a title.. but not any power or land(unless you already had some) at this time.
