Honorary Citizenship of Benkern

Wilhelm von Benkern is a friend of us all. He has intensively studied Shirerithian culture. He has helped our institutions in progressing Shireroth. Not only that - he's cool. We really enjoy him being with us, talking, and generally being nifty. Unfortunately we can't make him a full citizen, because of our laws, but we want him to feel really welcome here. We want to send out a message. He's our friend and a fellow Shirerithian in spirit!
Be it therefore resolved by the Nobles of Shireroth, assembled in the Landsraad, that WILHELM VON BENKERN is made an honorary citizen of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth.

Um . . Carol, Baron's and Baroness' are not aloud to vote unless theyre DUke/Duchess have given them votes, we are only aloud to voice opinions . . . I.E... approval, not actually voting aye/yay or nay (x) votes.

*looks around for an official*
unless things have changed again, please inform me.

H4773r--

As you might have noticed, our Duke and Duchess are nowhere to be found. If and when they reappear, they can vote or give us the votes to cast. In the meantime, we definitely support this proposal, whether officially or not.

Sure, why not. He seems a good enough fellow.
