This is just phase I.. I suppose.. and I'm going to edit this as we get things done, and get more things listed.

I have access to the "main" forum account.. but I can't seem to be able to edit user permission/level/ranks..etc..

I fixed the cookies... maybe only I had to login multiple times..and couldn't be allowed to be auto logged in.. and didn't have a working new topics thingy.... but I fixed it...

Nevermind... guess I didn't...

Ok, maybe someone else can help me find the solution.. cuase I can't...

I got admin. In theory.. the main admin account... But I have no "user managment" option under where it should be... under users... I got bot management.. which seem rather useless... I can't find a solution.

Any one else know? or can find me an answer?

Untill I fix this.. we can't get mods right..

A way has been found.. not pretty. but it'll do..
