Who's here? And who's a noble. And what are the nobles these days? Just Dukes get votes in the Landsraad?

Citizens I can list off the top of my head:
Erik--unknown duchy now that Brookshire is gone
Duke Ric Lyon, aka Andelarion--Elwynn
Duke Gman Russell--Yardistan
Duchess Hypatia Agnesi--Kildare; also present Kaiseress
Count Scott Alexander--Elwynn, I believe
Count Jupiter, aka Eros--Kildare
Baroness Hypatias mom--Kildare
Count Hatter Elfson--Yardistan
Count Jonas (newbie)--Kildare; also prospective Praetor
Yadoshi (newbie)--no preference for duchy yet stated
Daralect (newbie)--no preference yet stated
Benkern (relative newbie)--unknown duchy
In addition we have a couple of former citizens who often post: Moose and Braden Indianensis. Several friendly non-citizens also grace our forum on a semi-regular basis.
If there are others who are active citizens and are not included here, I apologize for the oversight.

Jonas--You need to petition the Kaiseress for an actual territory.

I'm not a citizen.
I would be, but my citizenship count doth not allow it.
That's a pretty impressive citizen count, and alot larger than most critics of Shireroth guess at these days. Not all of them are incredibly active from what I've seen, but most do pop their heads in now and again to post and check the fora.

I definitely think that law should be relaxed. We need new people, and we don't want to stop them from joining.

The idea of the law is that 1) people will have enough time for Shireroth and 2) they're not just spies for loads of micronations or something. Those ideas still remain prominent, I think.

Benkern--
You have posted so often I thought you had actually joined. I apologize for my error. You are always welcome here, however. Thanks for your enthusiasm for our country.

You need not apologise. I am proud.
If, one day, I leave every some of the micronations I participate in, or if they fall apart and disappear, I shall not hesistate to join Shireroth. Long live the Kaiseress! Long live Shireroth!

I know that, but I don't need an actual county

Once we get a decent Landsraad together, Benkern should really be made an Honorary Citizen.

Yes, but not on the moment... there are more important things to do...

I agree! But he isn't a citizen, how should he become than a Honorary
Citizen?

Ah, what an honour! That would please me no end.
Honourary Citizenship is a frequently used micronational term. It basically means that person isn't a real citizen (so usually doesn't have many rights), but is considered to be a supporter of the micronation. Other examples include someone that has done something for the nation in the past but has either revoked their citizenship or had their citizenship revoked.
Honourary citizens don't usually hang around as much as normal citizens, since they can't do as much or they simply don't have the required time/status to actually attain citizenship.
Sometimes, esteemed micronationalists that sometimes haven't alot to do with the micronation are given Honourary Citizenship. I have no clue why. Probably to flatter them and draw their attention.

something like that... Here it grants a few "rights"

And sometimes honorary citizens are named that because of a surplus of their micronational citizenships. They belong to 3 or more micronations already so, even though they might be very often present here, they cannot qualify for normal citizenship. Their presence is welcomed and encouraged, so this device is sometimes resorted to.
Congratulations!
