I would like all of the dukes to reply here listing their Duchy, and any Barons they might have at the moment. I also want to know an approximate population for your subdivisions at the moment, if you can provide that.

Going first, Kildare has the Barony of Lumina's Light, ruled by Baroness Carol (aka Hypatia's mom). Our population is currently 3, I believe, consisting of myself, my mom, and Steve.

I'd like similar information from the other Dukes. Hopeful/former barons can post here as well *looks at Hatter* in case we need to reorganize the land in each duchy a little bit. There's been very little activity and organization since the subdivisions were technically reorganized back into 3 duchies, so we should iron out any snags as soon as possible so we can get back up and running more.

I am the Duke of Elwynn. Currently the active population consists of me, Scott, Harald, Ardy and Iain. Well Harald is semi-active anyway.

No barons atm, but Iain and Ardy might create a barony together.

I have recently been made aware of the fact that Lunaris was put into Elwynn. I am not sure if this is true or not, but I will not suffer this! Lunaris belongs to either hatter or myself via my close relationship with Eriana. I implore you to make a decree my kaiseress allowing me to keep Lunaris as part of my ancestral lands!

Everything north of the river Elwynn belongs to Elwynn. Full stop.

We will not tolerate your claims on our land. It is rightfully ours. If you insist with your petty claims against the good government of Elwynn, we will send you Ardashir to "punish" you and your people.

Please, my dearest Ric, I meant no offense to you and your dukal sovereignty. You must understand that Lunaris is very dear to me, as was my love Eriana. I treasure it for the sake of her memory, and would be forever in your debt if you could find a way to work this out with me. I would trade double, even triple for those twin counties that have pierced the inner sanctum of my heart!

I like the sound of that. No offence taken, as long as we can work this out. What would you like to give in return for Lunaris?

What would trade for it, sir? I know not what you would consider a worthy trade.

We yearn to be united with our Elven brethren, but we cannot ask you for Amity and Mirioth. We know how deep you feel for those islands.

Adjacent counties to Elwynn would be acceptable, but if we get Monty Crisco you will lose a valuable citizen.

I am sorry, but this trade seems to be very difficult.

I would give up control of Monte Crisco for Lunaris, as well as Alexandretta. Not only would the land you would gain be of equal size, but your trade and taxes would increase due to the general sanity of those two counties (as opposed to the howling of the loons next door). AND it would give you the added bonus, in faith and in love, of ensuring neutrality on the river!

Once you two decide on exactly which land to swap so that Lunaris becomes part of Yardistan, I'll make a degree transferring the land.

Until then, Hatter still lives in Elwynn (I'm sure he does not want to be forgotten). Ric, would you have him be a baron, or just keep him as a resident?

Also, everyone who was not counted in this tally, please talk to your dukes and ask them to edit their posts. I want to get a good idea of population distribution.

Ric, please edit your post to include me as Elwynnese. Hyperborea's still part of Elwynn last I checked.

I would greatly appreciate being placed in the duchy of Yardistan, although losing our great cousin of alexandretta (where is pandora?) would sadden us, we would still keep close relations.

I spoke with Miss Pandora this morning and informed her about the proposal to move Alexandretta out of Yardistan, and her with it. She said she would really like to stay with H4773r in whichever duchy he is, and would appreciate being able to stay with her present duchy and Duke Russell. She promises to return within the next couple of days, now that activity has returned to Shireroth. She is sorry she is unable to post this request herself, but some rl pressures intervened.
