I. Landsraad Votes

1. The basic unit of vote allocation is the duchy.
2. A duke is allotted 10 votes, which he may distribute to his subservient barons and joint nobles, subject to the following restrictions:
a. The total number of votes granted to a barons and his joint nobles must be less than those kept by the duke.
b. The duke may give any votes not given to barons and their joint nobles to his own joint noble, if he chooses.
So, unless stated otherwise, the dukes (let's say the existing dukes) each get 10 votes. If they wish they can allocate votes to their barons, but let's not worry about that for this vote. Wolvin should probably start a thread for people to declare their vote distributions, which has worked well for us in the past.[/quote]

Seeing that no-one else can vote, let's close the voting?

Sounds good to me. Where's Wolvin? Do we need a new Praetor again?

If he doesn't show up in the next couple of days, I'll close it using my Nifty Kaiseress Powers (TM). Then we'll need to elect a new one.
