Greetings, Shirerithians!

In regard to the general state of inactivity hereabouts, I extend a friendly invitation to HIM the Kaiseress, and all Shirerithians, joint and severally.

The Federal Republic of Cyberia continues in an expansionist mode. We have recently completed our third election under the present constitution. Yours truly was re-elected with 62% of the Electoral Votes and 43% +- of the popular vote.

Any Shirerirthian identifying him or herself as such would be granted expedited citizenship. Should the Imperial Republic as a whole choose to enter as a province or a group of provinces, that would be intriguing.

I refrain from posting links, as my intention is to stimulate conversation rather than traditionally trolling.
