Turnips are fine, too.

But variables are more fun. Unless you have to deal with conflicting variable names. Than they are not fun.

I would say you've definitely got the right touch. Are you sure you're not someone we've met before?

Variables? But... they're... mutable:cry!

You should use definitions instead, grasshopper. Because... everything else is just nonfunctional!

I take it you're not a Haskell hacker.. then again, neither am I :p. Still, you seem a decent fellow. You clearly know *something*... but what is it? What do you know? Why would you be interested in conflicting variable names?

Because they are annoying when you are programming. I don't know. I never accually have issue with them. Well, once I accidently used a name that was reserved. But I fixed that.

Once you understand how linking works and what namespaces mean, and know not to use unhygienic macros, I can't imagine how variable name conflicts could *ever* be a problem in any of the languages that I know anything about...

I was foolish and young once. And made many mistakes.

But now I know better.

Good, Good. It is bad to get things into your eyes.
