This language rocks. I just love the way it sounds. I wish Romanian pop music got more radio play

(incidentally, Romanian does not *look* beautiful, it's just pronounced beautifully. There's only one language that I know of that both looks beautiful and looks like it could be pronounced beautifully (though I don't recall ever actually hearing it pronounced) is... Yardistani.)

There is a recording of Yardistani on the wiki, though I botch it pretty badly. I'm pretty out of practice...

Incedentally, I designed the orthography to look a certain way because most people were never going to hear it, and I rather like the way it turned out. However, I don't like the way it sounds--too much like a harder to pronounce Spanish. It doesn't flow right, most of the time.

I'm working on other things now, when I have the time...hopefully they will be better.

To be clear, I was Yardistan for all intents and purposes for a number of years (before population restrictions were imposed on duchies), but then Greg came here, and we've grown ever since.
