Dear me, we're running low on citizens to do jobs, even if we double up on Ministry posts.

And now you see the reason a constitution is a bad idea. :D

No, I do not. Our lack of citizens is a consequence of national evolution. History. It has nothing to do with Constitutionalism.

Besides, we don't even have a real constitution. The charter is only the bare bones of one.

Considering the way Shireroth is put together, we don't really need a Constitution--unlike Antica, which is a republic, and does. I trust you've read through some of this chaos in Antica, Bill?

He can't.

Well, one thread.

Well, wild, crazy debate is what Antica is about. What would a democracy be if we did not have a few periods of complete chaos, where people scream at eachother over whether or not to establish a Constitution, and where the Speaker is mysteriously absent without leave and cannot arbitrate any of this...(this reminds me, there's a new article on the Pendulum)?

She's around. I think she's sitting back rethinking her cabinet because of all this. Something like that would take up your time.

Yes, you wouldn't expect a fairly-routine court decision to spark debate about a new Constitution.
