By the Authority of the Minister of Immigration, Naturalization, and Tourism:
Except in cases where the minority period has been waved, or where the Kaiser or the Landsraad has ruled otherwise, be it known that all minority periods shall be fourteen days long (not to the hour.)
This directive has been voided by the Kaiser's removal of minorcy.
