Shireroth

Dear Kaiser,

I hereby petition you to put the districts of Caligae and Vijayanagara in adjacent counties rather than in Lesser Zjandaria. Port Illumination, perhaps.

Thanks.

Say again? The towns you mean?

Aye, sire.

Personally I think this should be a matter of the Minister of Cartography instead, but I don't think the Kaiser has granted the ministry that power.

I'll grant an exception!
