I'm the Zatriarch of Matbaa, a new-ish (well, five months actually) nation themed on the Syriacs and their religion, Syriac Orthodoxy.

Thank you for your kind message, though visiting Shireroth and describing us as a great nation is a little like visiting a very old, very great man on his birthday, and complimenting him on his 500-year-old baronial manor which is too big to heat and too old to sell, and which has fading, velvetine wallpaper and rugs that have long since seen their glory days.

Well, at least his old rugs and baronial manor have seen glory days at all
