Dave is to be given admin status as an assistant to Greg Dean, and so am I DURNIT! Well, with me, it's just the being given admin thing.



ANYWAY, the point being that David has proven his loyalty, usefullness, and general niftiness for a great many years, so congrats and thank you Dave!


ALSO: I am hereby giving myself (do I even NEED to announce this?) permission to actively purge the active contracts and feudal contracts fora to clean it out.


From now on, the Active contract's sub-fora will be locked by a board mod or an admin, and only those with the same status may change it when fuedal subdivisions change, so as to keep it clean. I'll be cleaning and changing it today or tomorrow, so if there is any Foul-ups gripe at me here.

I would highly suggest that you blow up the current admin system too, by the way. Currently we have pretty much one admin account that people share. That's not a good way to do it, especially because people can just forget the password to it, and then we are screwed. While we do have a shuffling system of admins because of our shuffling system of responsibilities, we can do that through just, well, shuffling our admins.


As well, I seriously think we should have someone a permanent admin so that we won't have to go through something like this again. For example, what if Greg quit and didn't come back? Then we'd be pretty much screwed for adminship.

Good point. Let me think on that.
