Alliance With the CIS

I'm here to get back to that Alliance we discussed not so long ago.
I'm leaving this Friday and a new Emperor will take my place by then.
It would be good to get an Alliance between Shireroth and the CIS before I leave.
We're quite busy at the moment with the change over and all, and we would prefer it under the Shirerothian system if that's ok with you.
We kindly await your reply.

Emperor of the Confederacy of Imperial States
