what in the world is that woodrow guy talking about?
I thought we were on very amicable terms with the CIS considering their prez is always here..
can someone fill me in please?

Well, you'll notice that that post was from February. Around that time, one of the enemies of the CIS tried to spread rumors that the CIS had declared war on Shireroth in order to get Shireroth and the CIS to mistrust each other and maybe actually fight. We took the precautionary step of asking the CIS whether this was true, they said it wasn't, and as far as I know everything's fine.

Yes, he's from one of these volatile countries we were talking about, you can understand why we'd like to distance ourselves from these individulas as much as possible.
