Shireroth

WHERAS: Jupiter, Count Kitanus; Carol, Countess of North Novi Dalmacija; and Hypatia Agnesi, Duchess of Kildare and Countess of Hallucination; have agreed to band thier counties together to form a Barony in accordance with the law, and

WHERAS: Hatter Elfson, Baron Vorpmadel, has relinquished his claim to the Kitanus Fields, and

WHERAS: Hypatia Agnesi, Duchess of Kildare, has graciously agreed to accept the newly forming Barony into the Duchy of Kildare,

WE HEREBY REQUEST the formation of the BARONY OF LUMINA'S LIGHT, to encompass the territory of the Kitanus Fields, Northern Novi Dalmacija, and Hallucination, and

WE REQUEST that Jupiter, currently Count Kitanus, be known as Baron of Lumina's Light.

Our thanks,

- Jupiter, Count of Kitanus Fields

EDIT: Spelling of 'relinquished'

IN EFFECT Barony of Vorpmadal would be comprised of only Upper and Lower Lunaris until such discussions have ended with other nobles bringing more counties into the New INDEPENDANT Barony Vorpmadal.

This proposal has my consent and blessing.

May the smile of madness beam upon your Barony of light.

Well, you don't really need to ask the Kaiser for permission to form a barony.

But I do support it. Please put the contract in the noble commons (sorry if it's already there...I haven't read that far yet).

I, Countess Carol, aka Hypatias Mom, Countess of North Novi Dalmacija, agree with Count Jupiter, Count of the Kitanus Fields, and with Duchess Hypatia Agnesi, Duchess of Kildare and Counterss of Hallkucination to form the Barony of Lumina's Light, under Baron Jupiter, and hereunto I affix my signature.
